What are the benefits of Dead Sea Salt and how to make the most of them?
All Gloriously Good body scrubs are made with Dead Sea Salt. We wanted our body scrubs to enable you to enjoy a spa-like experience in your bath or shower every time you use them.
Dead Sea Salt is widely used in spa applications due to its unique mineral content, containing more than 21 minerals, ten times more minerals than normal sea salt. These minerals help with cleansing, detoxifying and restoring the skin and muscles. These minerals include:
Magnesium - great for detoxifying and cleansing the epidermis. It promotes the cell metabolism and in turn helps heal damaged or inflamed skin.
Calcium - promotes skin regeneration and moisture retention through the production of sebum and antioxidants.
Sodium - helps to cleanse and exfoliate the skin, neutralise free radicals which can degenerate skin cells, and relieve sore muscles.
Zinc - helps heal and rejuvenate the skin, ward off acne and protects the skin’s lipids and fibroblasts cells that create collagen.

How to use Gloriously Good body scrubs to make the most of their Dead Sea Salt content?
1. Massage them onto dry or damp skin. Start at the feet and gradually move upwards to the entire body in circular movements, to boost your circulation.
2. Practice mindful breathing, such as inhaling for 7 seconds and exhaling for 11 seconds.
3. Gently rinse the scrub whilst enjoying the benefits of exfoliation. Massage any excess oil into your skin to nourish your body and absorb all the goodness.
For optimal results, use 2 or 3 times per week.
